Begin by mixing together all the wet ingredients and spices (egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, spices). Once the wet have been incorporated, add the meat breaking it apart with your hands. Finally, add the bread crumbs and blend the wet ingredients, meat, and bread crumbs together. Be careful not to overmix and compact the meat too much.

Portion the meat mixture into six equal-sized balls. Use a patty press or your hands to form each ball into uniform-sized patties.
At this point you can use the burger patties fresh or choose to freeze them for later use. If freezing for later use, place the patties in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place them in the freezer for at least two hours or until frozen completely. Once frozen, you can stack the patties in a freezer storage bag without them freezing together.
