Baked Meatball Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Portion the mixture using a cookie scoop or tablespoon into small, uniform meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs on a sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the skillet with the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
