2blocks cream cheese
14ounces pickled jalapenos LA COSTENA- cut off stems
2 avocados
1bunch cilantro
3 limes, juiced
2tsp black pepper
1tsp garlic powder
8ounces sour cream or Mexican crema
1tsp chicken bouillon or salt
milk or buttermilk (optional for thinning)

Add all ingredients, including the pickled jalapenos and their juice to a blender or food processor. Process on high speed until smooth and creamy. Optional- add milk or buttermilk if you prefer a thin or pourable consistency.
