Chicken Alfredo Bread Bites
Description
Quick and Easy Party Starter: Chicken Alfredo Bread Bites
Ingredients
Garlic Parmesan Butter
Bread Bite Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 425F (400F if using thin crust).
-
In a small bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of butter and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Heat together in short bursts in the microwave until the butter is partially melted.
Brush the garlic butter into the bottom and up the sides of your mini muffin pan cups. You will have leftover butter.
To the leftover butter add these ingredients: Parmesan, minced parsley, and red pepper flakes. Set aside for after baking.
-
Roll out the pizza dough to about a 10X16 Rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 24 equal size squares.
Use the dough to press into the mini muffin cups, working it up the sides.
-
Start layering in the ingredients into the pizza dough cups. Begin with a pinch of mozzarella cheese to prevent sogginess, then add chicken, bacon pieces, a teaspoon of alfredo sauce, and more mozzarella to each cup. Use plenty of cheese to top each cup!
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, turning the pan halfway through.
Once baked, reheat the leftover garlic butter for a few seconds in the microwave. Use a basting brush to brush the tops of each bread bite with garlice butter before serving.
Serve the bread bites hot with the remaining alfredo sauce heated up for dipping!
Note
- If you use Pilsbury 'thin' pizza crust, adjust the cooking temperature to 400F.
- Chicken Alfredo Bread Bites are best served hot! If you're making these for a party, pre-assemble the bread bites and store in the fridge until your party. Then, just bake them up as your guests arrive!
